I’ve had a little point and shoot camera for years now, and decided to take the leap to buying a DSLR to explore photography a little more. I bought the Rebel because it’s available at a great price, but it seemed to have all the functions I was looking for.
It’s not a very heavy camera and it’s easy to pop into my backpack and walk around with it, always having it with me to experiment with new techniques. I love the auto functions which work really well for the most part. And I can also switch to one of 4 manual modes. It’ a great little camera.
